Lying on your side, pull your knees close to your chest and bend your nick slightly forward on the pillow. Place the upper arm loosely over your thigh (had behind Knee), and put the other arm loosely on the side of your abdomen. Curl your back slightly like a baby in the fetal position.
Relax in this position and remain in it for one to five minutes. Repeat it on the opposite side.
This exercise is good for digestion, allergies and fatigue.
