Acupuncture Needles

Lie on your stomach with your face to one side. Pull the knee on that side toward your chest as far as possible.; Press the front of your torso into the floor. Rest the arm on this side wherever it is comfortable; rest your other arm beside your body.

Relax in this position and remain in it for one to five minutes. Repeat on the other side for one to five minutes.
